Beat the eggs with peas

Material:
1 tablespoon oil for sauteing
3 cloves garlic, minced
250 g button mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 leeks, sliced
0.5 teaspoon ground pepper
0.5 teaspoon of salt to taste
2 tablespoons flour
6 eggs beaten off
1 tablespoon margarine
100 grams of peas
Sauce:
1 tablespoon oil for sauteing
2 cloves garlic
200 cc of broth
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
0.5 tbsp cornflour, dilute with a little water
25 grams peas


How to make:
Heat oil, saute garlic, mushrooms and scallions until soft, remove from heat. put it in a container, add the flour and egg, mix well. put pepper, salt and peas and stir well. Prepared omelet pan, add a little margarine. Enter the egg and blend. After both sides cooked and browned, remove and drain.

Make sauce :
saute garlic until wilted, put all sauce ingredients except the peas, stir well. Cook over low heat and cook until thickened, add the peas, remove from heat. Serve with a sauce of egg mold while hot.
